Flora’s in her room. She is very busy because she is doing 2 things at once, reading and ignoring her mom. All of a sudden she hears a loud noise from her neighbor’s yard. Mrs. Tickham was vacuuming outside with a vacuum that seemed to be out of control. And it was heading straight for a squirrel! Flora watched out the window as the squirrel was vacuumed up. Can Flora save the squirrel?
I think flora shows courage because when her squirrel goes missing instead of panicking she figures out a way to find him.
